  • At Thai Massage Society, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

    • Book an appointment (online, phone, or in person)

    • Purchase services or gift cards

    • Complete intake or health forms

    • Subscribe to our emails or promotions

  • Information collected may include:

    • Name, phone number, email address

    • Payment details (processed securely through third-party providers)

    • Health information relevant to your treatment

    • To schedule and manage appointments

Appointment & Arrival Policy
  • Only clients with appointment are allowed inside (except, client's parent/guardian of a minor ).

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any required forms and relax before your session.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid delaying other clients.

  • Full service fees still apply for shortened appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
  • If you arrive late, your session may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged full service amount.

Last-Minute Cancellation
  • Same-day cancellations or changes will be treated as late cancellations.

  • A fee of 100 % may apply.

Confirming Appointment Policy
  • To ensure you're properly confirming your appointment.

  • Appointment Confirmation: Two days before your appointment, you will receive a text message or email asking you to confirm that you plan or attending your upcoming visit. To confirm, you must respond to the prompt in either the text message or email. 

  • If the appointment remains "Unconfirmed" 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, your appointments will be canceled and removed from the calendar. Thank you for understanding and respecting your therapist's time!

Health Conditions & Safety
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a risk.

First Time Clients & Weekend Appointment
  • To accommodate your desired appointment we may require a credit card number to hold an appointments. You will not be billed unless there is a no-show, last minute or same day cancellation.

Children Policy
  • For the comfort and safety of all guests:

    • Children under [age, e.g., 12] must be supervised at all times.

    • Children are not allowed in treatment rooms unless receiving a service. 

    • We require that person under the age of 18 must have our consent form and intake form filled out and signed by parent/guardian.

Dress
  • We provide loose-fitting clothing for Thai massage, for other services we provide cotton robes and slippers.

Gratuity
  • Gratuity is not included in the price of services. Our therapists are pleased with any tip as it shows them your appreciation for their expertise.

Payment Policy
  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept [cash, credit cards, etc.].

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.

Gift Card Policy
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Cell Phone
  • We ask clients to refrain from cell phone usage and request that mobile phones be silenced or turned off when in the spa areas.

Valuables
  • Please leave all valuable items at home or stored them in the bin in your treatment room. Thai Massage Society is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Right to Refuse Service
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, illness, or violation of spa policies.

Prices & Services
  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

  • Business hours may change without giving prior notice.  We encourage clients to book an appointment with us before visiting.
