1. Appointment Policy

  • By Appointment Only: To ensure the highest quality of service, we do not accept walk-ins. All clients must book in advance via our online booking system or by calling us directly.

  • Last Appointment: To respect our staff's schedule, the final appointment of the day is at 6:45 PM (Mon–Sat) and 4:45 PM (Sun).

2. Check-In & Arrival Procedure

Due to our current staffing structure and to maintain a quiet, professional environment, we utilize a virtual reception and "wait-in-car" policy:

  • Text Check-In: Upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and text your check-in to (571) 310-0821.

  • Entry: Please wait in your vehicle until a staff member notifies you that we are ready to begin your service. This helps us limit the number of people in the facility at any given time.

3. Communication

  • Phone & Messaging: If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a detailed message. We check our messages frequently and will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Business Hours: Please note that business hours are subject to change without prior notice.
