What To Expect On Your First Visit
1. APPOINTMENT ONLY
We are limiting the number of guests inside our spa, we cannot accept walk-ins. Made an appointment by calling us 571-313-0826 or book online. Clients are seen by appointment only.
2. ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENT
Your session begins at the start of your scheduled appointment , not the time you arrive. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the session start time in order to ensure a full massage session and fill out the health intake forms for first time clients.
3. IF THE DOOR IS LOCKED
Sometimes, our receptionists working from a distance and we are limiting the number of employees who don't have appointments with clients. We normally commute in when we have appointments. If the door is locked and when you have an appointment with us. Please wait inside the car and the door will be opened 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
4. LATE ARRIVAL
Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we may be able to accommodate a partial and you will be still be required to pay full price. If we need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your missed service price.
5. FIRST TIME OFFERS
Must be a new customer to be eligible. One (1) offer per person.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thai Massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone, Sport Massage and Foot Reflexology not included. Offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
7. FACE COVERING
Face mask NOT required if clients are fully vaccinated. Employees have to wear a mask or face covering at all time.
8.COMMUNICATIVE IS A KEY
We would like to meet your expectations and will appreciate you verbalizing your wellness requirements and personal comfort needs. It is always okay to tell your massage therapist if pressure is too much during a massage, or if you’d like more.
